The National Coalition of Recovery Advocacy Organizations is a forum for advocacy and discussion among the statewide organizations that lead addiction recovery. NCRAO is a coalition by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). Membership is for organizations, not individuals.
